Sycamore Creek Clubhouse Corona, CA

As the community grew, it became apparent that the existing clubhouse was too small and failing to meet the needs of the community mem-bers. Smith Architects was commissioned to plan and design a clubhouse annex which would add the needed floor area without rendering the clubhouse unusable during construction. The annex was connected to the main clubhouse with a breezeway which allowed construction to occur without impacting the existing operations.
